Update: Top-Down and Monochrome views

Added top-down versions of the Hex Map for ease-of-use in adventure design. The Top-down view comes in full-color, Black and White, and the following monochrome views:

1. B&W (Black and white that retains texture, for printer-friendly content)
2. Dusk (Desaturated blue, for night-time)
3. Gold (A Bronce Yellow, for classical use)
4. Verdant (A vivid green, for a pastoral springtime feel)
5. Sketch (Reduced to linework for printer-friendly content)
